Caregiver Support Assistant

We are seeking a caring individual to provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients. This role involves forming meaningful connections with our clients, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients in their homes or community settings.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Travel with clients in your car and work independently to ensure timely and effective support.
- Engage in friendly conversations and encourage social interaction among clients.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers regarding their needs and progress.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
- Availability to work between Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, including some flexibility for urgent client requests.
