About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and quality group fitness activities to our members.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-energy group fitness classes to diverse groups of members
Develop and implement new class programs to meet the needs of our members
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
Collaborate with our team to promote the Parramatta Aquatic Centre and its services

Requirements

Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent
Current Australian First Aid and CPR certification
NSW Working with Children Check
1-2 years of experience in teaching group fitness classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
