Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Implement and optimize AWS cloud-based solutions for integration, leveraging services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, etc.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Continuously improve integration processes and tools by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure integration solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and security standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of integration principles, AWS technologies, and automation tools. You will have a considerable amount of system support and maintenance experience, along with strong people leadership and customer service delivery experience.

You will have a background in problem-solving, troubleshooting, facilitating, and communicating with stakeholders and various levels.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration & secret management, infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Integration Best Practices, application architecture.
  • Integration tools e.g. webMethods, SAP Cloud Integration Suite, Control-M.
  • Hybrid integration solutions (i.e. iPaaS vs Cloud vs. On-Premise).
  • SDLC in the context of agile delivery and ITIL processes (service operations).
  • Technology trends (e.g. Kafka, IoT, RPA, APIs, Data Analytics).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
