About the Role

This key position is based at our Head Office. You will work with all areas of the business, maintaining the Quality Management System. You will plan, manage and undertake the internal audit program, assess and mitigate risk, ensure documents are controlled, undertake root cause analysis, drive improvements and ensure certification with ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal compliance audits and provide constructive feedback to Employees, Supervisors and Managers on areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on all aspects of the implementation and compliance to the Division's Quality Management System. Develop and deliver quality assurance education programs. Provide training and guidance on quality procedures and systems as needed.
  • Gather and analyse data from different sources to produce meaningful reports.
  • Manage and educate on document control across the organisation.
  • Undertake non-conformance analysis and determine root cause. Develop corrective action plans, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including advanced written and oral presentation skills, stakeholder management and a proactive, consultative approach. Dedication to continuous improvement.
  • A Lead Auditor qualification within ISO 9001.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret technical documentation. Proficiency in quality control, auditing and root cause analysis.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word.
  • Ideal knowledge and experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Visio.
