Job Description:

The primary role of a Guest Room Attendant is to ensure the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and public areas within a hotel environment.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness is crucial throughout the facility. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures, including manual handling and chemical handling practices.

This position requires the ability to:

  • Conduct daily cleaning, replenishment, and servicing of guest rooms and public areas
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver excellent results
  • Identify and report any hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Support laundry requirements as needed

A successful candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, a proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer experience, and be willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Guest Room Attendant or equivalent role within the hospitality industry
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
  • Manual handling and chemical handling training
