Sales Manager Role
As an Assistant New Car Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our vision of 'Complete Customer Satisfaction'. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team within a state-of-the-art showroom to help form meaningful customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure. With an extensive range of new vehicle stock, the opportunities are endless for you to maximise your sales targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.

About this RoleThe successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have strong communication skills to assist the New Vehicle department. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably. As a key member of the sales team, you will contribute to achieving exceptional customer experiences and continuous innovation.
