About the Role

Infinite Consulting is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to lead our esteemed Federal Government Client project. This is a 12-month contract with 2x12 months extension options, offering a flexible work arrangement and the opportunity to work with a talented team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of Salesforce Developers to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders and business areas to automate business processes within the Salesforce CRM, leveraging expertise in workflow implementation and configuration.
  • Provide feedback and assistance to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Document task tracking and progress using Kanban and Scrum approaches, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) and demonstrated experience in development and configuration of the Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven expertise in implementing workflows within the Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience working in an agile environment using Kanban and Scrum approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Lightning and Azure Dev Ops or JIRA.
