Project Coordinator

Support the Operations team by providing administrative assistance for daily operations.

Work closely with the team to gather project information, maintain records and documentation, and assist with day-to-day activities.

  • Develop accurate systems and registers in line with project requirements.
  • Provide support to foster a productive environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Hold a Construction safety induction or equivalent.
  • Experience in Administration/Project Support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
