Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

A renowned preschool in Sydney, Australia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Planning and programming for individuals and groups
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Working collaboratively towards continuous improvement

The preschool offers a well-supported role, assisted by an experienced team, including an Educational Leader. Opportunities for growth and development are available within the service.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Positive and professional approach to working with educators, families, and the community
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF: Belonging, Being & Becoming framework
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
  • Experience in planning and implementing educational programs
  • Ability to work with diverse needs
  • Experience using digital documentation programs (Xplor desirable)
  • Skills in using online platforms such as Zoom, Team, Microsoft Office
  • Accredited Child Protection or willingness to obtain
  • First Aid response training or willingness to obtain
