Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Structures Site Supervisor to join our team for a $80M commercial building project in Perth's southern suburbs. As a key member of our project team, you will report directly to the Site Manager and be responsible for overseeing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to site staff, ensuring the successful delivery of structure and façade packages.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project team to coordinate and manage the construction process, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification: A trade-qualified carpenter or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, delivering structure and façade packages, is essential.
  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience working on commercial building projects is a must.
  • Background: A background with a main contractor or high-tier structural sub-contractor is highly valued.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills are required.
