The position offers flexible working hours, with a schedule that accommodates Monday to Friday shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, along with optional weekend work for those who wish to enhance their engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily staffing requirements and productivity levels within the clinics, ensuring effective staff scheduling and leave management.
  • Develop, mentor, and guide radiography staff, providing clinical oversight across departments.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and manage the daily operations of the Medical Imaging departments.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and refine operational practices to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Conduct routine and specialized medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and hospital stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and lead clinical staff effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performing high-quality medical imaging examinations using industry-standard techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the values and culture of Healius.
  • General X-ray proficiency is required.
