We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Braybrook.

The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.

This role involves delivering high-quality educational programs to children from 0–5 years, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating engaging learning environments, planning and implementing educational activities, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children aged 0–5 years
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitor and report on children's progress and development
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the decision-making process
Requirements
  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Availability to work 4-5 days per week
  • Previous experience in early childhood education
  • Strong commitment to child safety and well-being
