Join Our Educational Team

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team across multiple centres in the Newcastle area. Our centres have unique community spirits, led by Centre Managers and supported by Assistant Centre Managers and teams of educators.

Affinity is a Child Safe Organisation, prioritising child safety above all else. We create environments where children feel safe, supported, and valued.

The Role
  • Support educators in various rooms at the centre.
  • Engage with children, families, and team members.
  • Assist with daily centre practices.
  • Support educators with children's learning and documentation.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or actively working towards it.
  • Will to travel between multiple services and availability on short notice.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Prior experience in a long day care service.
