Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders with precision and speed, while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Multitasking and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with the Warehouse Management team to optimize workflows and processes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment (1 year preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical fitness to perform duties of the position, with willingness to attend pre-employment medical
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
