The role of Asset Inspection Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading the strategic management and delivery of asset inspection functions.

About the Role:

The Asset Inspection Manager will lead a team in delivering cyclic asset inspection programs across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional results in terms of safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to multiple field work centers at a regional level.">
  • Support and contribute to the delivery strategy of the annual Capital Works program.">
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources to meet timeline, quality, HSS, network reliability, and cost targets.">
  • Support the Asset Inspection teams with all operational deliverables, people, and industrial relations matters.">
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance meets the highest industry standards.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification in an Engineering or Management discipline.">
  • Significant experience in a leadership role, including the management of a large, unionized field/construction workforce.">
  • Extensive experience in leading complex program management, maintenance, or inspection programs.">
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.">
