Empowering Disability Support Leader

We're seeking an experienced leader to coordinate staff rosters, maintain quality and compliance standards, conduct monthly audits of care plans, monitor staff training and compliance modules, support clients at medical appointments, and ensure accurate medication charting.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering people with disability to live their best lives. With over 30 years of experience in disability support, we provide a nurturing environment where both clients and staff thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating staff schedules
  • Maintaining high-quality services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular reviews of client care plans
  • Monitoring staff development and compliance with training programs
  • Providing support to clients during medical appointments
  • E nsuring accurate and up-to-date medication records
