Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Solutions Analyst to join our team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with expiry, sell by, and best before date changes for Lot Master, where issues have been identified
  • Assist with Lot Holds at Lot Master and Item, Lot level
  • Maintain GTINs, utilizing data from Sphere and the GIM where available, and direct business input
  • Maintain Supplier Catalog for Transfer prices, from the GIM for all Stryker items
  • Load Item Cost, including the landed cost for specified regions, and assist with Item Cost issues
  • Add and maintain EDI Trading Lanes
  • Kit Items – update and create kit items, working towards standardization and accuracy of all kitting items for sets. Obsolete kit items where required. Ensure Loan Dockets, where applicable, are of high quality to allow easy checking of kits and that they accurately reflect the BOMs in JDE.
  • Preference Management - manage Surgeon and Standard preferences to ensure efficient processing of kit bookings
  • GS1 – in Entities who publish to GS1, work with the business to update & audit all Item Attribute data for GS1 submission, regularly reviewing internal and third-party validation reports to correct any errors
  • Mass uploads – assist the business with significant data loads, such as planning parameter updates, when required
