About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement safety strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a safety role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Health and Safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
