We have an exciting opportunity for a Tiling Apprentice to join our team and gain valuable skills while studying a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling.

As a Tiling Apprentice, you will work full-time (40 hours per week) while learning the trade. Your duties may include:

  • Viewing plans
  • Measuring and marking surfaces
  • Preparing wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, cement, and adhesives
  • Filling holes and cracks
  • Cleaning surfaces
  • Laying tiles to surfaces using adhesives

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Be eligible to complete an apprenticeship
  • Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
  • Be motivated with a positive attitude
  • Have a valid driver's license and own transport
  • Hold a Construction White Card

In return, you'll receive:

  • Support from an East Coast Apprenticeships Field Officer during your traineeship
  • A Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling qualification while being paid on the job
