Job Description:Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Leader to join our Canberra-based team. This key position plays a critical role in leading our team with a customer-centric mindset, displaying sound commercial and business acumen to drive customer and people-related outcomes and business goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and driving team and area business plans, maintaining the financial health of the business, developing multi-level relationships with internal and external customers, and identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

This leadership role requires someone who can assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to a range of customer scenarios, ensuring that all functions deliver a compelling customer experience to maximize retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement team and area business plans, aligning them with FCM's overall strategy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and operational partners.
  • Foster partnerships with external vendors and suppliers to drive business growth and cost savings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging expertise from across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:Education and Experience:

Candidates must possess extensive travel industry experience, preferably in a leadership role within a corporate travel management company. A strong background in sales, marketing, or operations is highly desirable.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $AUD 80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
