As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a regional setting.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will have post-graduate qualifications in ultrasound and current registration with the relevant accreditation body as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist.
- Deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging services using advanced ultrasound technology.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging through ongoing education and training.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact seamlessly with diverse stakeholders. They will also have extensive experience in delivering a wide range of general ultrasound exams, including musculoskeletal, obstetric, and interventional imaging procedures.
- Post-graduate qualifications in diagnostic imaging or a related field.
- Current registration with the relevant accreditation body as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and allocate tasks according to individual strengths and competencies.
- Capacity to interpret request information and select the most appropriate protocol for each examination.
