Warehouse Logistics Manager Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all FFA Warehouse activities, deliveries, orders, and rosters. They will also lead a team of Warehouse staff, volunteers, and trainees, ensuring appropriate supervision, development, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all FFA Warehouse activities, deliveries, orders, and rosters.
  • Recruit and lead a team of Warehouse staff, volunteers, and trainees.
  • Foster a safety culture by ensuring staff and visitors maintain a safe, clean, efficient, and tidy workplace.
  • Ensure strategic supplier and partner relationships are managed to achieve best possible outcomes for Anglicare's community services work.
  • Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system to ensure accurate and efficient stock control.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations are streamlined, productive, and that procurement expenses are managed within budget.

About You:

  • Alignment with Anglicare's vision, mission, and values.
  • Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations/logistics management.
  • Substantial experience working in a warehouse and logistics environment, including experience with implementing inventory management systems.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to connect with, understand, and interact positively with colleagues, clients, and community.
  • Demonstrated experience in people leadership and line management.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
