Automotive Flat Rate Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team as an Automotive Flat Rate Service Technician. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing routine service, diagnoses and repairs in all areas.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience working on both domestic and import vehicles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Perform routine service, diagnoses and repairs on all types of vehicles
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of direct repair experience for both domestics and imports with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
  • A valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to insurance company requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
