We are seeking a candidate who is eager to develop their skills in early childhood education and care. At Harmony Bangalow, our trainees benefit from:

No prior experience is necessary; however, a passion for working in early years education and care is essential. As a trainee, you will learn how to deliver quality education and care, ensuring all children can investigate, create, and explore their environment, and participate in the educational program.

• _What qualities do we require?_
- No prior experience is necessary; however, a passion and drive for working with the early years are required
- An ability and desire to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Hold a Current Working with Children Check
- Meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Educating Teams, Educational Leader, and Centre Director
- Great presentation, initiative, and willingness to learn and grow alongside our team

• To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
- An ability and desire to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A Current Working with Children Check/Blue card
- The ability to meet professional ethics and conduct responsibilities
