The successful candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality training programs and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities will include coordinating and administering maintenance training programs, maintaining related training materials, and liaising with maintenance trainers and assessors to facilitate training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of training programs and participant progress.
- Collaborate with maintenance trainers and assessors to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as purchasing, invoicing, and auditing.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintenance teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and training roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Desirable Skills – Cert 4 Training and Assessing, SAP, HSEC Management Systems.
