Senior Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced game designer to join our team and help us create innovative gaming experiences. This is a unique opportunity for you to work closely with the lead designer and creative director, contributing to the development of immersive games that capture the imagination of players around the world.

As a senior game designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading design efforts: Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop new ideas and concepts for our games, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry.
  • Designing gameplay mechanics: Create engaging and immersive gameplay experiences that draw players in and keep them hooked.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work with artists, engineers, and other designers to bring your vision to life and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in game design, preferably in a senior role within an established studio.
  • Proven track record of developing successful multi-platform titles, with experience in live service or early access development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate feedback to development teams and champion game pillars to the team and partners.
