The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our meat department meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
  • Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Butchery or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to make recommendations to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
