We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Control Technician to provide top-tier residential and commercial pest control services in the Gold Coast area.
Responsibilities:- Perform pest control treatments & termite inspections with precision, care, and adherence to industry standards.
- Educate customers on preventative solutions, assess their needs, and recommend treatment plans tailored to their specific requirements.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade termite management systems as needed to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary tools and equipment.
- Utilize company-provided software for scheduling, reporting, and payments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Pest Management License (essential) - required for the role and must be maintained throughout employment.
- Termite Management License (preferred) - while not mandatory, possession of this license is highly desirable; training will be provided for individuals who do not hold this certification.
- Valid Driver's License - necessary for traveling to and from job sites.
- Strong customer service and communication skills - essential for building trust, rapport, and providing excellent customer experiences.
- Basic ability to use job software - training will be provided to ensure proficiency and effectiveness.
