Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of guest rooms and common areas
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any discrepancies
  • Restock amenities and replenish linens as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
