Job Summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Tip Truck / Plant Operator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy trucks and other plant machinery for road construction and maintenance projects.
  • Transport materials and plant equipment using truck and trailer combinations.
  • Maintain equipment in a safe and serviceable condition, performing necessary inspections and reporting.
  • Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work independently and efficiently to meet project timelines and standards.
Requirements
  • Current driver's license endorsed Heavy Combination (National).
  • Experience operating truck and trailer combinations for carting materials and plant.
  • Proficiency in operating other heavy plant and machinery for road construction and maintenance.
  • Capability to complete standard forms associated with inspection and reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of OH&S principles related to safe operation and maintenance of horticultural equipment.
  • Current satisfactory Police Check or ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
