Job Title: Healthcare Professional

At a reputable healthcare organization, we seek an experienced and skilled individual to join our medical team. The role involves providing compassionate patient care in various settings.

This is a permanent full-time position with part-time working hours available. We require individuals who can work effectively across multiple shifts, including day, evening, and night duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care with support from senior staff when needed.
  • Promote effective communication among the department and hospital staff to facilitate teamwork and cooperation.
  • Provide educational resources for patients and serve as a knowledge base where appropriate.
  • Support and supervise staff and students, including orienting and precepting new employees.
  • Contribute to achieving operational objectives of the hospital and clinical services.
Requirements:
  • A registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Recent acute inpatient experience demonstrating commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
  • Oncology experience with cytotoxic medication administration is highly regarded.
