About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join our busy and successful Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in our Melbourne office. This position offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to work on a wide range of front and back end high quality construction work across a broad spectrum of construction matters and contractual disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting of commercial and litigation documents
• Provision of commercial legal advice
• Commercially astute and able to manage competing tasks and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
