Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual with experience in both warehouse operations and forklift driving to join our team at Fuse Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to unload bins from trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Perform general labouring duties, including washing bins (steel and plastic), maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, adhering to safety protocols and wearing required wet weather gear.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in forklift driving and general labouring, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays if offered by the manager.
  • Commitment to a temp to perm opportunity, transitioning to a permanent role after 5–6 months.

Additional Information:

  • The role will involve a mix of forklift driving and labouring tasks, with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • No overtime is available, but occasional Saturday work may be required at the manager's discretion.
  • The forklift is equipped with a roof, but employees will need to wear appropriate wet weather gear for washing bins.
