We are passionate about tackling the challenges of the built environment and delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. This role is vital to the success of our Civil team and offers the chance to lead projects, collaborate with diverse professionals and drive future ready outcomes.

You will have autonomy whilst running projects and leading small teams, as well as collaborating with talented individuals on iconic projects to benefit clients and communities. You will also have the opportunity to influence and contribute to social and community initiatives while mentoring younger professionals and seeing them succeed and progress in their careers.

The role involves working on a range of projects within various sectors, including defence, health, energy and commercial. You will manage ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients, proactively determine and manage scope of works, and ensure timely and quality delivery of project and civil engineering work.

About this role:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desired)
  • Strong expertise in civil engineering, design documentation, roads, carparks, public realm, earthworks, stormwater and utility coordination
  • Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects
  • Expertise in effectively delivering multiple concurrent projects across various scales and sectors
  • Sound client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Adept in cross-discipline project delivery and collaboration with key engineering disciplines
