Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Campervan Concierge.

As the face of our rental service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and handle check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Maintain campervans in pristine condition and oversee maintenance and repairs to guarantee optimal performance;
  • Register guests, process payments, and troubleshoot emergencies with precision and care.
Requirements
  • Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or Rent-a-car;
  • Fluent in English and eligible to work in Australia;
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to drive a campervan safely;
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as required;
  • Responsible individual who takes ownership of their work and can be relied upon.
