Workplace Experience Manager

This role is a hands-on opportunity to create smooth, safe, and delightful workplace experiences for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment, and some construction works. This includes ensuring industry standard Occupational Safety and Health practices are in place and providing a safe and supportive environment for all employees.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Maintaining and improving existing facilities and equipment to ensure they meet the needs of our employees
* Overseeing construction works and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
* Providing excellent customer service to our employees and visitors

You will be working closely with various teams including the People team and Global Safety Team to ensure that OSH policies and programs are regularly reviewed and implemented.

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our employees and contribute to creating a workspace where they can thrive and excel.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
* Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
* Knowledgeable in processes and systems related to Hybrid Workplace
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
