Mobility Solutions Specialist - Orthotist Level 3 Role
About the JobThe successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing clinical assessment and orthotic services to patients. This role involves supporting junior staff, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a collaborative service.
- Provide orthotic care and support to patients, including those with paediatric, CP, neuromuscular, scoliosis, and high-risk conditions.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to on-site manufacturing, 3D scanning, and local 3D printing to deliver innovative orthotic solutions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with referrers.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Australian work rights.
- Experience as an Orthotist; knowledge of paediatric, CP, neuromuscular, scoliosis, and high-risk conditions is desirable.
- Strong orthotic fabrication and manufacturing skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work in a team and participate in ongoing professional development.
