{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant with a background in tax to join our National Finance Team. This role offers a strong blend of business partnering/advisory and compliance work, playing a critical role in the strategic financial planning and analysis department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing financial statements and annual accounts for all business structures.
* Prepare financial analysis and reports.
* Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets.
* Taxation Compliance and Reporting/Tax effect accounting advising on taxation matters and recommend tax strategies.
* Provide modelling and analysis support for development requirements from a finance perspective.
* Review and advise on project feasibility reports.
* Prepare development margin related disclosures for annual accounts.
* Ensure compliance with treasury and hedging policy.

Requirements:

* CA/CPA qualified with a background in tax.
* Demonstrated understanding of Australian Corporate tax compliance, GST, Accounting Standards, and associated legislation.
* Ability to communicate complex tax issues effectively.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads.
* Positive can-do attitude and team player.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
* Flexible approach to work planning.
