Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the NSW Public Safety Network, providing technical leadership and support to our field teams.
This role involves working closely with our engineering team to resolve complex network issues and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes to ensure the reliability and performance of our network.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P25 or equivalent and RF systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with our clients and stakeholders.
