Job Title: Operational Readiness Manager

The role involves developing and implementing operational readiness packages for new industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Management Readiness: Develop complete asset management plans, create bills of materials (BoMs) with assigned spare parts, and perform criticality assessments.
  • Asset Assessment & Maintenance: Develop maintenance strategies, write and verify maintenance procedures, and prepare forms to add new parts to inventory.
  • Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Update BoMs, maintain accurate spare parts data, and prepare SAP upload sheets for various data points.
  • Asset Management Planning & Reporting: Create an Asset Management Plan for Group Level Critical Assets and provide reports and recommendations on statutory inspections, training needs, and areas of concern or risk.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance planning in heavy industries like metals, smelting, or large-scale manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP PM module and managing asset master data.
  • Hands-on experience with criticality assessments, RCM/FMEA, and developing maintenance strategies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in RCM, FMEA, or other reliability methodologies.
