We are looking for a skilled and motivated Allied Health Professional - Injury Management to join our team at Total Workfit Solutions Pty. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, and providing advice on job modifications. They will also undertake medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans to assist injured workers in returning to work safely and efficiently;
  • Providing expert advice on workplace modifications to ensure a safe working environment for injured workers;
  • Liaising with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective treatment of injured workers;
Requirements
  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or other relevant professional body;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done;
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance;
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle;
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways;
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey;
