About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Multiskilled Carer to join our team at Juniper Sarah Hardy aged care home in Kelmscott. As a Multiskilled Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support residents to engage in activities of interest and maintain their mobility and independence.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and report information to relevant staff as required.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Assist with the administration of medication in accordance with Juniper policies.

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care.
• Experience as a carer in an aged care setting.
• Understanding of AN-ACC documentation.
• Experience working in a person-centered, enabling environment.
