About this Opportunity

This role is responsible for timely, accurate and efficient processing of customer payments and other credits received by the retail business.

The position ensures integrity of financial reporting, drives operational efficiencies and delivers an enhanced customer experience.

  • Timely and accurate receipting of retail customer payments
  • Review and reconciliation of receipting reports and payment files
  • Conduct investigations of unallocated receipts and resolve issues related to meter to cash process
  • Support optimization of the meter to cash process

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or bachelor degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a small high-performing team
  • Flexibility to work outside ordinary hours during peak times
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
