Manufacturing Electrician Role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to work in our fast-paced manufacturing setting. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production lines and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.
- Investigate faults and recommend solutions to improve systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance maintenance processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Post-trade experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments.
- Australian Electrical Trade Qualifications and licenses.
- Experience with automation and controls is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is necessary.
- Familiarity with 5S and Lean tools is a plus.
- Forklift and EWP licenses are advantageous.
This role involves working on a rotating shift schedule. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, problem solver, and effective communicator, with a passion for continuous improvement.
