Drama Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher to join our Performing Arts Learning Area at Lumen Christi College.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing 1 January 2025. As a Teacher at Lumen Christi College, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to explore possibilities and empower students to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Drama to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assist with the development of community amongst staff, students, and parents.
• Participate in co-curricular activities and events.

Selection Criteria:

Essential:

• Support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties as a member of the Lumen Christi College community.
• A minimum four-year Tertiary qualification, which includes appropriate educational qualifications for the position advertised.
• Current full registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).

Desirable:

• A proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of a team.
• An ability to assist with the development of community amongst staff, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated a willingness to be involved in the co-curricular life of the College.
• A capacity to relate easily and professionally with students, parents, and staff.
