Supported Living Facilitator Role

  • Work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their objectives.
  • Provide support in various aspects of daily life, including personal care and hygiene.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of personalized plans tailored to each client's needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have a current NDIS Worker Screening check, Blue Card, Open Driver's License, and CPR/First Aid certification.
