Job Summary:

Digital Transformation Lead

This exciting opportunity is for a Digital Transformation Lead to join our team and drive process improvement, implement fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and develop a strategic roadmap.

About the Role:

  • Lead development and delivery of enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage and collaborate with subject matter experts to co-design digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
