  • We are seeking a seasoned Service Operations Manager to lead our field service team.

About the Role:

">

This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensuring the achievement of departmental targets.

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Plan, coordinate and control all Field Service activities to meet customer satisfaction and organisational targets.
">
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service sales opportunities through customer visits and upselling of maintenance contracts.
">
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of field service operations, including lead time, customer feedback, calibration and certification.
">

Requirements:

">
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with a strong focus on Quality and attention to detail.
">
  • Certified trade qualification or equivalent with 5 years field service experience.
">
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
">
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
">
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
">
