Wireline Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing downhole geophysical logging activities, ensuring safe execution and adherence to environmental protocols. They must have a strong understanding of radiation safety, geophysical tools and data QA/QC.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the safe execution of downhole geophysical logging operations.
- Supervise field teams, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental and radiation protocols.
- Coordinate logistics, crew movements and job planning to meet production schedules.
- Ensure wireline equipment maintenance and calibration schedules are in place and adhered to.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure delivery of quality downhole data.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in downhole geophysics or wireline logging, preferably in a mining or exploration setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in field-based roles.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety, geophysical tools and data QA/QC.
- A Western Australian Radiation License is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
This role requires the ability to work in remote locations and hold a manual driver's license.
