Job Description

As an Education and Care Specialist with Goodstart, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children. You'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth, creativity, and exploration.

Our children thrive in a safe and inclusive setting where they feel valued and inspired to learn. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child feels at home, making this a truly rewarding career path.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
